CEC International Holdings Limited, an investment holding company, retails food and beverage, and household and personal care products in the People's Republic of China and internationally. The company operates through three segments: Retail Business, Electronic Components Manufacturing, and Investment Property Holdings. It retails daily necessities, including snacks, food groceries, and household and personal care products, as well as frozen food, alcohol beverages, kitchenware, etc. through its stores. The company is also involved in the design, development, manufacture, and sale of various electronic components, including coils, inductors, transformers, line filters, electrolytic capacitors, etc., as well as ferrite and electro ceramics materials, plastic and metal parts, and electrolytic capacitors for use in power supply devices, telecommunication equipment, data networking products, digital audio-visual products, home appliances and handheld multimedia equipment, etc. In addition, it engages in the property investment activities; provision of information technology services and packaging food products; trading and wholesale of food and household products; and manufacture of bottled water. The company was founded in 1979 and is headquartered in Kwun Tong, Hong Kong. CEC International Holdings Limited is a subsidiary of Ka Yan China Development (Holding) Company Limited.
