About SOCAM Development Ltd

SOCAM Development Limited, an investment holding company, engages in the property development and construction businesses in Hong Kong, Macau, and Mainland China. The company operates in three segments: Construction and Maintenance, Property, and Other Businesses. The Construction and Maintenance segment provides building construction, interior fit-out, renovation, and maintenance works services; and building information modelling and smart facilities management services. The Property segment engages in property development, investment, and management activities. The Other Businesses segment is involved in venture capital investment and other activities. It also provides maintenance contractor services; owns and leases plant and machinery, as well as provides structural steel construction works; engages in facade supply and construction contract activities; and provision of consultancy services. The company was formerly known as Shui On Construction and Materials Limited and changed its name to SOCAM Development Limited in September 2011. SOCAM Development Limited was incorporated in 1997 and is headquartered in Wan Chai, Hong Kong. SOCAM Development Limited is a subsidiary of Shui On Land Limited.
