Ta Ya Electric Wire & Cable Co., Ltd. engages in the manufacture and sale of electric wires and cables in Taiwan and rest of Asia. The company offers power cable, telecommunication cable, optical fiber cable, and lead-free PVC and green wire, as well as heat resistant, flame retardant, and fire-resistant cable; and triple insulation layers and enameled wires. It also provides copper bonding and bare copper wires. Further, it constructs, sells, and rents office and house buildings. The company was formerly known as Ta Ya Enterprise and changed its name to Ta Ya Electric Wire & Cable Co., Ltd. in 1967. The company was founded in 1955 and is headquartered in Tainan City, Taiwan.
