It also provides prefabricated steel structure systems, reinforced truss floor decks, and PC components; interior and exterior decoration materials; outdoor flooring materials; and wood-plastic handrails, square tubes, columns, slats, and joists. In addition, the company offers integrated housing solutions, including prefabricated emergency houses, integrated villas, cultural and tourism house collections, etc.; and provides prefabricated construction services. It also exports its products. The company was formerly known as Beijing Hengtong Innovation Luxwood Technology Co.,Ltd and changed its name to China Railway Prefabricated Construction Co., Ltd. in August 2020. China Railway Prefabricated Construction Co., Ltd. was incorporated in 2006 and is headquartered in Beijing, China.
