The company was formerly known as Huabao Food Flavours & Fragrances (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. and changed its name to Huabao Flavours & Fragrances Co., Ltd. in 2016. The company was founded in 1996 and is based in Shanghai, China. Huabao Flavours & Fragrances Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of Huabao International Holdings Limited.
