Chang Jia M&E Engineering Corp. engages in the planning, design, and engineering contracting of electrical, drainage, and air-conditioning equipment for various commercial buildings and factories. The company offers project construction management services for water supply, drainage, and sewage system engineering; power plant and steam-electricity symbiosis system engineering; ultra-high and high/low voltage system electrical power transmission and distribution engineering; access control security, parking fees, and building automation system engineering; fire alarm and smoke exhaust system engineering; and special mechanical and electrical engineering services for electronic semiconductor factories and clean rooms. It is also involved in the provision of refrigerating, air-conditioning, ventilation and exhaust, and central monitoring energy management systems; planning and construction management of mechanical and electrical systems for high-rise buildings; system planning, detailed design, and construction supervision and management services; and communications and broadcasting solutions. In addition, the company offers mechanical and electrical system integration services in technical, civil engineering, construction, structure, electricity, weak current, instrumentation and control, fire protection, water supply, drainage, air conditioning and cooling, monitoring, clean room, and other system fields. Further, it engages in the operation of sports centers and basketball stadiums, as well as import and export businesses.
