Additionally, it provides water, piping, electrical, air conditioning, and fire equipment related services. Furthermore, the company is involved in civil projects, residence and factory lease, community development, land levy, real estate trading and rental services. It also engages in cement and concrete product, rail vehicle and transportation accessories business, as well as construction material, machine, and equipment sales. The company was incorporated in 1941 and is based in Taipei City, Taiwan.
