In addition, it engages in the import and export business of goods and technologies; wholesale and retail of auto parts; self-owned equipment leasing business; real estate development and operation; advertising; financial leasing business; leasing business, etc. As of December 31, 2022, the company owned and operated a fleet of 116 aircraft. The company was founded in 2004 and is based in Shanghai, China. Spring Airlines Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of Shanghai Spring International Travel Service (Group) Co. LTD.
