PT Sentul City Tbk, together with its subsidiaries, engages in the construction, real estate, and services activities in Indonesia. It operates through Real Estate and Other segments. The company engages in construction of office, shop, education, hotel, amusement, and sport buildings, as well as involved in construction of worship, terminal/stations, airports, warehouses, and monumental buildings. In addition, it engages in renovation of buildings businesses. Further, the company is involved in buying, selling, leasing, and operating apartment, residential, and non-residential buildings. Additionally, it engages in air/water management activities; and operation of restaurants, and tourism, as well as provision of parking services. The company changed its name to PT Sentul City Tbk in July 2006. PT Sentul City Tbk was founded in 1993 and is based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The company operates as a subsidiary of PT Sakti Generasi Perdana.
