Black Rose Industries Limited engages in the chemical, textile, and renewable energy businesses in India and internationally. It imports and distributes various specialty chemicals for use in various industries, including agrochemicals, polymer additives, dyestuffs, tires, catalysts, perfumeries, and others; and performance chemicals, such as flocculants and coagulants, cyanoacrylate adhesives, polymer additives, rubber chemicals, thermoplastic elastomers, epoxy hardeners, and salt tablets. The company's customers in the chemical markets cover chemical producers, sugar manufacturers, tire companies, pharmaceutical firms, and others. It also produces and supplies acrylamide solutions under the BRILMIDE brand name. In addition, the company manufactures fabrics, as well as cotton and synthetic industrial made-ups, such as safety gloves. Further, it operates two windmills with a capacity of 0.8 MW each totaling 1.6 MW in Rajasthan and Gujarat. The company was founded in 1990 and is headquartered in Mumbai, India. Black Rose Industries Limited is a subsidiary of Wedgewood Holdings Limited.
