In addition, the company constructs, exploits, and operates hydro-electric and thermo-electric plants, and sells electricity to business and consuming households; provides land transportation, tourism, and trade inspection services, as well as cargo loading, discharging, handling, and delivery services; and produces, purchases, and sells construction materials. Further, it is involved in exploiting and supplying clean water; treatment of wastewater; and engages in mapping; investment consultation; science and informatics consultation; and general education activities, as well as real-estate, hotels, and restaurants businesses. The company was founded in 2006 and is headquartered in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
