The company primarily for gold, cobalt, copper, nickel, coal, iron ore, and base metals, as well as rare earth elements. It holds interests in the Yilgarn (Gindalbie) Gold project located at Canegrass in Western Australia; Halls Creek gold/cobalt/copper/nickel projects located in Western Australia; Tennant Creek gold and copper project located in Northern Territory; and Limestone Coast rare earth element project located in South Australia. The company was formerly known as Omnitech Holdings Limited and changed its name to Kaili Resources Limited in August 2014. Kaili Resources Limited was incorporated in 1997 and is headquartered in Sydney, Australia. Kaili Resources Limited operates as a subsidiary of Treasure Unicorn Limited.
