The Port Terminal segment offers container loading and unloading operations, as well as cargo and vehicle handling. The Road Cargo Transport segment provides road transport solutions; and distribution and storage centers. The company was incorporated in 1973 and is headquartered in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
