CP Axtra Public Company Limited engages in the wholesale and retail businesses of consumer goods in Thailand, Malaysia, and internationally. It operates through Wholesale, and Retail and Mall segments. The company sells food and non-food products to registered members, including small and medium-sized businesses, retailers, caterers, professional sectors, and institutions under the Makro brand name. It also offers freight, delivery rental, and storage services; and imports, exports, trades in, and distributes food products. In addition, the company is involved in the trading of non-food products; investment of retail business; leasing of shopping centers; importing and trading of frozen and chilled food products; and operation of restaurant and minimart. The company was formerly known as Siam Makro Public Company Limited and changed its name to CP Axtra Public Company Limited in June 2023. The company was incorporated in 1988 and is headquartered in Bangkok, Thailand.
