The company was formerly known as Arnhold Holdings Limited and changed its name to Summit Ascent Holdings Limited in May 2011. The company was incorporated in 1993 and is headquartered in Central, Hong Kong. Summit Ascent Holdings Limited is a subsidiary of Victor Sky Holdings Limited.
