In addition, it engages in the development, construction, and operation of windfarms and photovoltaic parks; development of commercial and entertainment centers, residential buildings, and exhibition centers, as well as office and mixed use buildings; and construction and operation of retail park. The company was formerly known as ELLINIKI TECHNODOMIKI TEB SA and changed its name to Ellaktor S.A. in 2008. The company was incorporated in 1962 and is headquartered in Athens, Greece.
