Genesis Resources Limited engages in the exploration and evaluation of mineral properties in Australia and Macedonia. The company explores for copper, iron, gold, manganese, silver, and other base metals. It owns five exploration licenses covering an area of approximately 854.9 square kilometers in Queensland and the Northern Territory of Australia. The company holds 100% interest in the Arltunga Gold Project covering an area of 95.2 square kilometers located in vicinity of the Arltunga Goldfield; Alice Springs Project that covers an area of 372.59 square kilometers located in the Northern Territory; Pioneer Project covering an area of 6.23 square kilometers located in Queensland; and Mcarthur River Project that covers an area of 380.88 square kilometers located in Queensland. It also holds 62% interest in the Plavica project that covers an area of 16.85 square kilometers located in the Kratovo district to the northeast of Macedonia. The company was incorporated in 2005 and is based in Kew, Australia.
