It also holds a 69.25% interest in the Tartagal Oriental and Morillo concessions located in the province of Salta; and 50% interest in the Los Blancos Concession covering an area of approximately 897 square kilometers located in the Province of Salta in Northern Argentina. New Times Energy Corporation Limited was incorporated in 1998 and is headquartered in Central, Hong Kong. New Times Energy Corporation Limited operates as a subsidiary of Max Sun Enterprises Limited.
