It holds 800 active wells, spanning approximately 761,000 acres, located in the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin; a 69.25% interest in the Tartagal Oriental and Morillo concessions located in the province of Salta; and 50% interest in the Los Blancos Concession covering an area of approximately 95 square kilometers located in the Province of Salta in Northern Argentina. The company was formerly known as New Times Energy Corporation Limited and changed its name to New Times Corporation Limited in August 2024. New Times Corporation Limited was incorporated in 1998 and is headquartered in Central, Hong Kong. New Times Corporation Limited operates as a subsidiary of Max Sun Enterprises Limited.
