It also engages in hotel management, property development and leasing, and securities dealing businesses. The company was formerly known as Magnificent Estates Limited and changed its name to Magnificent Hotel Investments Limited in November 2015. The company was incorporated in 1996 is based in Central, Hong Kong. Magnificent Hotel Investments Limited operates as a subsidiary of Shun Ho Property Investments Limited.
