The company also provides call centre operation agency, CS monitoring, and service quality management services; bond information, initial delay notice, and collection management services; and investigation of repayment ability for defaulters, credit check of new and existing counterparties, preliminary investigation for bond preservation, and for use as evidence for write-off of bad debts for uncollectible claims, such as closed-down corporations. In addition, it offers services in the areas of rights confirmation, such as lease status and price investigation of real estate and personal assets; on-site investigation, including current status investigation of businesses and workplaces; and delivery service in receiving financial institution loan documents comprising identity and handwritten information verification. The company was formerly known as Koryo Credit Research Co., Ltd. and changed its name to Koryo Credit Information Co., Ltd. in October 1996. Koryo Credit Information Co., Ltd. was founded in 1991 and is headquartered in Seoul, South Korea.
