Hua Yang Berhad, an investment holding company, engages in the property development business in Malaysia. The company operates in two segments, Property Development and Concession Assets. It constructs and develops residential and commercial properties; acts as a contractor; and operates commercial properties under the build, operate, and transfer agreements with local authorities. The company also engages in the operation of restaurant, laundry mart, and vending machines; trading of building materials; and provision of management services. In addition, it is involved in provision of engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and consultancy services for solar PV systems. Hua Yang Berhad was incorporated in 1978 and is headquartered in Batu Caves, Malaysia.
