About Petra Energy Bhd

Petra Energy Berhad, an investment holding company, provides a range of integrated brownfield services and products for the upstream oil and gas industry in Malaysia. It operates through Services, Marine Assets, and Development and Production segments. The company offers maintenance hook-up construction and commissioning services for offshore and onshore oil and gas installations. It also operates, manages, and charters accommodation work barges, accommodation workboats, anchor handling tug supply (AHTS) vessels, and mobile offshore production units (MOPU); and offers engineering, operations, and maintenance services for the oil and gas industry. In addition, the company engages in the provision of services to operate and maintain the production, storage and offloading facilities, wells and reservoir surveillance, production planning and forecasting, logistics, inventory and warehousing management for an oil field; designs, fabricates, supplies, and installs pressure vessels, heat exchangers, skid packages, industrial boilers and ancillary equipment, and other process equipment for the oil and gas, and petrochemical industries, as well as engages in equipment rental and related services in the oil and gas industry. Further, it develops and produces petroleum from the Kapal, Banang, and Meranti small fields in offshore Terengganu, Malaysia. The company owns and operates 4 workboats, 3 accommodation work barges, 1 AHTS vessel, and 1 MOPU. Petra Energy Berhad is headquartered in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.
