It holds a 100% interest in the Karlawinda gold project located in the Pilbara region of Western Australia; and the Mt Gibson Gold Project located in the Murchison region of Western Australia. The company was formerly known as Malagasy Minerals Limited and changed its name to Capricorn Metals Limited in February 2016. Capricorn Metals Ltd was incorporated in 2006 and is based in West Perth, Australia.

Resistance is a price level at which selling pressure becomes significant enough to prevent the price of an asset from rising further.
