The company holds interests in the Lazy Claims property that consist of three claims covering approximately 60 acres located in Mineral County, Nevada; the Loman property, which includes 27 unpatented mining claims covering an area of approximately 540 acres located in Mineral County, Nevada; the Agai-Pah property that includes 20 unpatented mining claims covering an area of approximately 400 acres located in Mineral County Nevada; the Belshazzar property consisting of 10 unpatented mineral claims and 7 placer mineral claims covering an area of approximately 200 acres located in Quartzburg mining district; and the Swales property, which include 40 unpatented mining claims covering an area of approximately 800 acres located in the Carlin Trend. It has an option to acquire 100% interest in the Olinghouse project covering an area of approximately 6,000 acres located in the Washoe County, Nevada; and the Palmetto project that consist of 116 unpatented mining claims covering an area of 2,217 acres located in Esmeralda County, Nevada. The company was formerly known as Tech Foundry Ventures, Inc. and changed its name to Nevada Canyon Gold Corp. in July 2016.
