Walkabout Resources Limited explores for and develops resources and energy assets in Australia, Tanzania, Namibia, Scotland, and Northern Ireland. The company explores for graphite, gold, zinc, lead, silver, nickel, copper, and base metals. Its flagship property is the Lindi Jumbo project situated in south-eastern Tanzania. The company holds a 100% interest in the Amani Gold project that comprising four prospecting licenses covering an area of 659.79 square kilometers located in the Ludewa district northwest of Songea, southern Tanzania; Kimoingan Graphite project located in the north-eastern Tanzania; and Blackcraig mining trend, Glenhead Au project, Greymare's tail trend, and Talnotry Nickel-Copper mine located in Scotland. The company was formerly known as Nimrodel Resources Limited and changed its name to Walkabout Resources Limited in April 2013. Walkabout Resources Limited was incorporated in 2006 and is headquartered in West Perth, Australia.
